How do I clean my arrangement?
Your bespoke arrangement can be kept clean by giving it a gentle blow with a hairdryer on cool setting or a soft wipe with a baby wipe.
We recommend keeping your arrangement out of direct sunlight to preserve the quality of the flowers and resin.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The majority of our products are handmade to order and will be shipped 10-12 days from purchase. This gives the artificial water the time it needs to properly cure.
Please add the additional days of your selected shipping method on top of our handmade processing time.
Do you make custom orders for events?
Yes, we can make custom arrangements for your special event. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Exchange, Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom made, all orders are final and we don’t accept returns or provide exchanges to change of mind.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your full name, contact phone, order number, attach photo evidence and explain the damage or what happened.
